Before I started writing and illustrating for children I was a landscape artist for many years. I specialised in pen and inks using a really fine pen. For the first few years I worked exclusively in black and white but over the years customers and collectors asked for colour so I obliged. Here are a few of my most recent pieces, some of which were featured in my exhibition held in Durham Cathedral. This page is something of a trip down memory lane.
